Our Iberian pork morcon bellota is made by a mixture of excellent meats coming from the best parts our Iberian pigs. It is seasoned with salt and other spices. This compound is processed and cased in the “ciego” intestine. After the maturing and ageing process, it is ready to be consumed. Try our morcon and its characteristic flavour, you’ll love it!
