    Acorn-fed Iberian ham with a mild flavor, little saltiness, low cholesterol, a high percentage of "infiltrated fat" and a high protein content.

    Our acorn-fed Iberian ham comes from one of the hind limbs of the Iberian pig. It has been subjected to the action of salt and subsequently to a careful drying process in natural cellars to ensure the excellent quality of this product.

  • Conservation.

    Keep it in a dry and cool place with a constant temperature, the ideal would be between 18º and 24ºC.

    For optimal preservation of the piece, place a thin slice of fat from the piece itself on top of the cut and a cotton cloth.

    Consume preferably within 21 days.
