Acorn-Fed Iberian Chorizo made with a mixture of selected Iberian pork lean meat and fat.
To this mixture we add spices, salt and, above all, paprika, which gives it that distinctive color to later be stuffed into natural casing.

Description.
Our cured acorn-fed Iberian chorizo cular is made with a mixture of Iberian pork meat and fat, from the noblest parts of the animal.
It is supplemented with salt, spices and additives. Said mixture, after being kneaded and stuffed into casing, is subjected to a maturing/drying process to ensure an excellent quality product.
Conservation.
Keep it in a dry place away from sources of heat and direct sunlight.
Average ambient temperature between 2ºC to 8ºC.
Frozen in appliances between -18ºC and -24ºC. At the time of defrosting in the fridge slowly.
Consumption.
Once opened, preferably consume within a week.
