Description.
Our cured Iberian acorn-fed morcón is made with a mixture of Iberian pork meat and fat. After supplementing it with salt, spices and additives, it is kneaded and stuffed into the pig's "blind", which is the casing that joins the large intestine and the animal's small intestine. To ensure excellent quality, it is subsequently subjected to a careful maturation/drying process.
Conservation.
Keep it in a dry place away from sources of heat and direct sunlight.
Average ambient temperature between 17º and 24ºC.
Frozen in appliances between -18ºC and -24ºC and freeze whole vacuum-packed pieces. Failing that, perfectly wrapped in plastic wrap. At the time of defrosting in the fridge slowly.
