    It is a product made up of the union of the skin, bacon (fat) and streaky pork meat. It has a boneless cut so it can be served fresh.

    It is a piece with high sodium and saturated fat values. As it has a significant fat content, it is necessary to have a moderate consumption.

    It can be kept in the fridge at an average temperature between 0º and 7ºC or in the freezer at -18ºC.

    • Fresh vacuum packed: 7 days of preferential consumption.
    • Frozen vacuum packed: 18 months of preferential consumption.
